This SOP explains how to use the Home and Overview pages in the Sunbound Operator Portal to identify your current pay cycle phase, review required tasks, and understand what actions need to be completed. It is designed to help team members quickly determine where they are in the cycle and what to do next.
Key Steps
1. Open the Home page after logging in 0:00
- Log in to the Sunbound Operator Portal.
- Confirm that the portal opens to the Home page automatically.
- Use this page as your starting point for understanding your current cycle status.
2. Review your current cycle status and collection progress 0:13
- Check where you are in the cycle.
- Review the amount collected for the month.
- Note both the dollar amount and percentage collected to understand progress at a glance.
3. Identify available tables and required tasks 0:22
