SOP: Retrieve and Review Reports in the Sunbound Operator Portal
Objective
This SOP explains how to locate, download, and review the AutoPay Preview Report in the Sunbound Operator Portal. It also outlines what to do if resident balance information needs to be updated and where to find additional help.
Key Steps
1. Navigate to the Reports page 0:00
- Log in to the Sunbound Operator Portal.
- From the left-hand navigation menu, select Reports.
- Use this page as the central location for retrieving available reports.
2. Access the AutoPay Preview Report when it becomes available 0:14
- Watch for an email from Sunbound notifying you that the AutoPay Preview Report is ready.
- Use the link in the email to go directly to the Reports page.
- You can also manually check the Reports page at any time, typically about five days before AutoPay is scheduled to be pulled at your community.
3. Download the report 0:34
- Locate the AutoPay Preview Report on the Reports page.
- Click Deliver.
- Select Download to save the report to your device.
4. Review resident balances in the report 0:48
- Open the downloaded report.
- Confirm it includes a list of all residents.
- Review the balances scheduled to be pulled for AutoPay.
5. Submit any needed updates to Support 1:04
- Check the report for any incorrect or outdated resident information.
- If updates are needed, send the details to the Sunbound support team.
- Request that support make the necessary changes before AutoPay is processed.
6. Monitor for additional reports in the future 1:11
- Return to the Reports page for future payment status reports as they become available.
- For now, the primary report available through this process is the AutoPay Preview Report.
