SOP: Retrieve and Review Reports in the Sunbound Operator Portal
Objective
This SOP explains where to locate, download, and review the Cycle Report and the Transactions Report in the Sunbound Operator Portal. Use them to review resident balances before AutoPay runs and to track payments afterward.
Key Steps
1. Navigate to the Reports page (0:08)
- Click the link in the email you received from Sunbound, or
- Log in to the Operator Portal and click Reports in the left-hand menu.
2. Click Deliver in the top right corner (0:27)
- Select Download to save the report directly to your device, or
- Select Send and enter the email address you'd like the report sent to.
- Before AutoPay runs, use the report as a preview to confirm the balances scheduled to be drafted.
- Review the balances and send any corrections to the Sunbound support team before AutoPay runs.
- After AutoPay runs, download updated reports to view payment statuses for that cycle.
How to View and Export the Transactions Report
The Transactions Report shows payment activity at your community, either in full or for the last 90 days.
1. Navigate to the Transactions page in the left-hand menu (1:08)
- Click Transactions in the left-hand menu.
- Click the download icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Your Preferred View (1:19)
- Select Table View to see the full report.
- Click Export to CSV
- The report is sent to the email address you use to log in to the portal.
- OR select Last 90 Days for a more recent view of transactions at your community.
- Export this view to CSV the same way - it's sent to your login email.
Cautionary Notes
- Review the Cycle Report carefully before AutoPay processing to catch any balance or resident data issues.
- Update or flag any corrections needed promptly so changes can be made in time.
Tips for Efficiency
- Use the email link to go directly to the report when notified.
- Review the report as soon as it is available to allow time for corrections to be made if needed.
